Indonesia Gold 2045 is a big dream for the Indonesian. classic issues that have experienced for a long time can be resolved. To overcome this classic problem, the government is making various efforts by strong the economy, education, health, politics, social and culture. sectors of national development is carried out for the era of demographic for 2020-2030 national defense. Change population is structure from the number of productive ages (ages 15-64 years)
Indonesia is one of the countries with a high population in the world. Indonesia occupies is large position in the world after China, India and the United States. As the population increases, science and technology also now has many improvements. Many things from the life sector have used the technology. presence has given considerable results to human life in various aspects.
Therefore, in an effort to realize golden Indonesia in 2045, support from various parties, including government, private sector, academics, and the general public is needed. The government will make vision to make Indonesia in 2045."The government prepares three stages of labor reform," he said in his opening speech at the Studium Generale "Spurding Infrastructure Development and National Economic Growth"
The first period, 2016-2025, focused on labor regulatory reform towards flexible labor market reforms and the formal transition policies of informal workers. The goal is to accelerate the implementation of twelve-year compulsory education, zero junior high school graduates, strengthen the relevance of education and training programs, and expand competency-based training that supports transformation towards the manufacturing industry.
The strategy for the first period of 2016-2025 was the development of innovation and technology in meeting basic needs and sustainable livelihoods, increasing financial inclusion, and strengthening the business of MSMEs and Cooperatives through accelerating the diversity of funding sources.
The second period, 2026–2035, the main target is to continue the transformation of industry into the manufacturing industry, increase agricultural productivity, strengthen the competitiveness of the creative economic service sector, expand the transition of power from informal to formal, strengthen institutions and expand access to training, education, apprenticeship and entrepreneurship competency-based, as well as strengthening the relevance of the workforce of graduate graduates related to the fields of innovation and information technology.
For the second period, namely 2026-2035, he explained that Indonesia should focus on innovations and appropriate facilities and infrastructure in rural areas, increasing competency-based expertise for young workers in the lowest 40% group, improving the taxation system and regional governance, service development the basis and livelihood of the elderly population, sustainable growth of social entrepreneurship.
The third period, 2036—2045, targets the implementation of the National Social Security System for informal workers (not recipients of wages), achieving a formal workforce of 85%, implementing more flexible labor regulations by emphasizing the balance of protection of workers and employers, expansion of apprenticeship systems, close linkages between training systems and industrial needs, as well as certification of expertise in all sectors and their application to the labor market.
In the third period, namely 2036-2045, Bambang said the strategy would be pursued to increase basic service innovation to ensure achievement of zero poverty, development of social security with a long term care scheme for old age and employment guarantee for all communities, the target of informal workers to only 20 % of total workers, also Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are highly competitive through the use of science and technology and innovation.
Through the vision implemented by the government, it is hoped that the public will be required to issue the best ideas and solutions to existing problems and the economic giant target of 2045 to be achieved.
